Inakay is the flagship program of Kanlong Foundation for Differently-Abled Children, providing individualized, family-centered support for children and young people with disabilities and developmental needs.
Our approach begins by understanding each child's developmental, psychological, educational, and learning needs. From there, we work with families, educators, professionals, and community partners to connect each child with appropriate learning opportunities, interventions, and support.

LARO is designed for children ages 2 to 5, with or without developmental delays. It provides a play-based learning environment where young children can explore, discover, and develop essential skills for school and everyday life. Through engaging and individualized activities, children build their communication, social, emotional, cognitive, and early learning skills, while families and educators work together to support their development.

LIMLIM is designed for children ages 6 to 12 with developmental delays who may benefit from specialized instruction and related services. It provides individualized early learning and special education support for children who need additional assistance to participate and succeed in learning. Activities are tailored to each child's strengths, needs, interests, and developmental goals, with specially designed instruction and appropriate support to promote learning, communication, social participation, and growing independence.
LIMLIM helps children strengthen the skills they need for continued learning and participation.
LINGAP provides individualized interventions and related support that help children and young people develop, participate, and thrive. Services may include psychosocial assessment, mental health and wellbeing support, speech and occupational therapy, recreation, nutrition and health support, tutoring, and coaching, depending on each person's needs. Through collaboration among families, professionals, volunteers, and community partners, LINGAP brings together the support individuals need to strengthen their abilities, wellbeing, confidence, and participation in everyday life.

LIPAD provides adolescents and young adults with disabilities opportunities to develop the practical skills, confidence, and experience needed for greater independence and participation. Through life skills, self-determination, career awareness, pre-vocational and work-readiness activities, entrepreneurship, and livelihood exposure, participants can explore pathways toward further education, training, employment, sustainable income, and meaningful community participation.
LIPAD helps young people move from learning and support toward opportunity, livelihood, and participation.
